My review of Superior4Replica.com was one of the worst so far! As if it wasn't bad enough that their Rolex replica was falling apart, their customer service was a travesty and their shipping took ages. These guys really don't do anything right! Usually I try to find at least one positive thing to say about a company, but this time it might not be possible! My Superior4Replica.com review was certainly a test of my patience, but in the end I got my money back and can warn my readers to stay away from this site!
Quality: Are These Watches Any Good?
One look at the photo of this Rolex replica should give you an idea! A critical piece of the clasp came dislodged in transport, making the watch un-wearable. Once it was broken apart it was easy to see how this happened – these guys use really cheap material. Not only is the plastic low-grade, this watch doesn't even use real steal. It's something else, and it's way too light – maybe tin or aluminum.
The Site: Usability and Design
Talk about not putting in the effort! All their homepage is is a bunch of watch photos. You'd think if that was your strategy you would at least pick nice watches to show off, but that's certainly not the case here! These guys promote all sorts of strange brands I've never heard of, with some truly ugly merchandise. They really haven't set their standards very high at all.
Customer Service & Return Policy
Would you believe it took over two weeks to get any response at all from these guys? Not only that, their response was that they didn't believe me that the watch had arrived that way! They took it back because their return policy has a satisfaction guarantee, but they were real jerks about it. Also, there was a steep restocking fee.
Shipping: Is It Fast and Reliable?
This was a total joke – my watch took three weeks to arrive and that wasn't even the worst part! Get this – after hassling them repeatedly for a tracking number, they gave me one that didn't work! Then they gave me another one, but it was for someone else's package bound for South America. The watch arrived before they had a chance to get it wrong a third time.
The Bottom Line
Ever hear that expression “everything that can go wrong will go wrong”? These guys should make it their motto!
